Checked in at 0745, sat all day, and called to check on why i haven't gotten a dock @ 1740. lady rudely said bc your order is not ready, will call when ready. load was freaking 32,000 lbs of grapes!!!

Check in was ok but I don’t understand that if you guys are loading a trailer and it gets heavy on the drive axles, does it make sense to demand extra money for unload and load again to divide the proper weight on the axles. As this is their job to load the trailer in a proper way.(They were asking 20 dollar per skid cash extra for unloading and loading again even though i talked to their manager Bobby as well) Secondly they didn’t care about the trailer as the forklift was hitting the walls of the trailer. The skids were not wrapped up properly they were laid on each other which made it harder for the receiver to unload...
