Lincoln Way Vineyards — Attraction in Plain Township

What a terrific place. 5 stars, easy. This place will get more popular and grow big time, for sure. They just finished, well - opened the upstairs of the building and it is basically a giant play room for adults, which is perfect for a winery. Everything here is very clean and organized including the grounds. All this adds up to a great VIBE. The staff is knowledgeable, service minded (from the owners on down) and friendly, which to me, is as good if not better than the wine selection. We have tried all the wines here and are very partial to dry whites and reds. You cant go wrong with any choice, really. Especially the Rose! It's richer than French Rose and is just super. We have been to multiple wineries around Ohio and we always go back to Lincoln way as our old favorite . We always get good service and great wine at this place. The ladies helping with the wine choices and opening of bottles are always friendly and helpful. The choices of varying food trucks always brings something new to our palates. The live music is a relaxing way to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery. This will continue to be our “go to” winery throughout the years because even in the winter they have an indoor venue that also gives access to food trucks and live music. Amazing winery with friendly staff and great tasting wines! We were driving back to Colorado from the east coast and are part of Harvest hosts. We were exhausted from driving and I found this place. Luckily they were open till 9pm and we were able to try several wines and buy a cheese and meat tray as well. My favorites were the cranberry and peach wine slushy, the blackberry wine and a limoncello type wine that we ended up purchasing. I had several glasses of wine but no hangover in the morning! That’s how I know this is good quality wine similar to what I drank in Italy! We will definitely return here on our travels! Thank you for making our road trip that much more...
