I am sure they work hard to make people happy with the fun things they have going on there, but they spread themselves to thin at making the place amazing, some of the place needs work, overgrown weeds, green houses need cleaned or organized. Try to make the place look amazing and welcoming and less of the activities, I can see having an animal petting area etc. and pick your own pumpkins with wagons, pumpkin painting and stuff, but really need to cut back on trying to be original. You are original by far, just maintaining the place can really make your place amazing! Read moreHello- I just wanted to say that I had never had celeriac before! One of the reasons I enjoy the farm box is to try new vegetables and varieties. This week I roasted an acorn squash and a couple of the celeriac bulbs. Had a quart of chicken broth from a roast chicken and blended the celeriac and half a squash with a good splash of Kneaven half and half in my Vitamix. I added some instant mashed potatoes and water to the density of my liking and I want to tell you- this was sooo delicious and perfect on this stay-at-home winter's day!!! Delish 😊
