It's my first time here. It's a new park with nice facilities. It took a minute to figure out how to turn the faucet on for the hand sink in the restroom, but they are nice, clean & smell fresh.
The pavilion is beautiful and provides much-needed shade on this hot day. I'm certain that the shade goes away around sunset, as the west side is completely open. This does; however, allow for the breeze to flow nicely through the structure.
On the downside, the trees are all very young & will take many years before they yeild any shade.
Overall, Forest Grove Park would be a great place to have a family gathering & to bring the children for some fun at...

It has alot of tables for a big get together or wat ever ur event is..i honestly will say the only shade is the sitting area the playground is in the sun...they have 3 different swings which I like that it also has a miracle round but it is totally didnt from when I was a kid...let's jes say it is safer it doesn't go fast and u can sit in it...and the most important thing that I liked was that the bathrooms was clean that is a big plus in my book..and they have a basketball...
