I bought my son a phone/watch from Verizon for his birthday which she absolutely loves. The only downfall is that it has a plastic band and a little piece broke on it. I called LG and they said I would have to send the whole thing in and it would take 3+ weeks to get it back. I called my local jeweller on Monday, which happens to be the day they are closed but Brian still took my call. He told me that he may have to order me a piece and it could take a few days to come in ;however, I don't think I described to him well the part that was broken. I stopped in there and it took less than five minutes! Brian took good care of me even though I didn't buy the watch from him and he wasn't going to make big money on the sale. My wife and I got my wedding band from Fernbaugh's custom made. All we had to do was show them a picture of the style I liked, and how much abuse it would need to put up with. They had the expertise on the spot and were quick to provide us the best option for the material. They were quick to get us the design and a new ring exactly when they had promised it would be done. They got me the perfect ring!

Unfortunately, by some twisted miracle, it developed a crack within 2 years. Fernbaugh's honored the protection plan that was offered with the ring. They had a replacement made and I was provided with a spot-on copy. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Fernbaugh's team has shown us excellence in every request we've brought to them. We truly appreciate their services.
