It is contained almost entirely in a section of the Mattatuck State Forest. The mainline trail is a loop trail with one connector trail to the Jericho Blue-Blazed Trail.

Marked trail clean definitely not for beginners it's a steep almost 1-2mi incline and hiking shoes or good sneakers highly suggested. We're not exactly sure where we were supposed to park?? Noticed as we made it straight down hill back to our car there was a No Parking sign. 🤦‍♀️ oops Overall nice clean cardio trail.✌🏼

There were two trails where we parked. We took the wrong one obviously because we had to jump off the trail several times so the dirt bikes didn't run us over. No maps to tell you which one to take. We were lost for 3 hrs. Finally we found the main road on the opposite side of the mountain along with...
