Sauchuk's Farmstand — Attraction in Plympton

Purchased tickets online due to covid Unfortunately was the wrong day available that was purchased although pressed specific and only day that appeared, called to adjust / speak w the owner/ refund etc no one ever called back Poor customer service and I was completely given the run around after calling twice and being told the owner was “ Too swapped to speak w me”. As a parent I have found it extremely difficult to keep the sport of the upcoming holidays and activities somewhat normal and understand the days and change of the world, but to say one things and never respond and to just be sent in several directions wout resolve is poor customer service, I have a screaming toddler that was patient and hopeful all week for this day and now this. Perhaps annoy more empathy and understanding from the teenagers running your facility is in order? I don’t even know what to say but I want a full refund ASAP. I came here after finding this place on Google maps. I was looking for a farm stand selling their own apples as I didn't have time pick my own. Though much of their shelf stable and "grocery" items (e.g. 1/2 gallons of fresh apple cider) were sold out, they had just what I wanted- 1/2 peck bags of apples. After asking the person minding the store about the difference between honey crisp and autumn crisp (they had both), she convinced me to get Autumn Crisp. And holy applesauce, Batman! They are the best apples I've probably ever had. The macintosh and cortlands were the size of softballs (as were most of the autumn crisps). I have 9 quarts of applesauce bubbling away at home now and I used three apples for an apple cake. I'm so so happy with the apples and sparkling cider I bought from Sauchuk!! All time favorite local farmstand!! Huge, Beautifully maintained old red cape with a gorgeous stonewall lined with pumpkins, mums and hay bales in the fall (perfect backdrop for Fall photos of the kids!!)..Perfectly manicured grounds and property! Spotless farm stand loaded with the freshest produce, picked daily, as well as fresh breads, local honey, jams, local organic eggs and freshly baked pies! Such a nice experience.. they also do a corn maze with hay rides, pumpkin patch and a ton of other activities down the road (for a certain ticket price). We go atleast once a year! Ps. The farm stand has THEEE BEST APPLE CIDER...
