Tri-State Speedway — Attraction in Pocola

It's a dirt track, what else can I say. So as I edit my post I was asked how do you get 5 stars? I'll add 2 pictures that I took at the spooker 2024! So to clear everything up, we drove 3 hours to race. Left trailers at the track to go to the hotel on Friday night. Saturday we show up to the track to find a fence now blocking up from even hooking up to the trailer our car was sitting on. About 30 minutes later another guy shows up and says he had left to go get lunch and the fence wasn't there. All this and being to that if we hook up to the trailer we can leave!! I gave you 4 stars because the races where great and the facilities where nice. If either one hadn't been like they where I'd have given 2 stars! I understand crowd control but this is a little...

This was a first-time experience for me tonight. I enjoyed the races very much. I couldn't hear the person on the PA system 😅 but I followed the action, ok anyway. My mother-in-law invited my husband and I to come along with her. She worked there for many years, counting cars and laps with pen and paper. She still comes as a spectator all these years later. I loved going when I was a kid, and now my son loves going with his Papa. I can hear the cars running from my backyard, and it makes me smile every time. So glad this track is still open!
