6/24/35 First time visiting the park. The park is very nice serene that is until two large dogs came running around the trees and one of them attacked my son out of nowhere. The man did not have his two dogs on a leash. The man had no control over his dogs. BEWARE if you decide to visit this park. I will never go there again. And I fear for anyone taking their children there. It happen in the playground area. He finally leashed them when he was leaving. Picture of the man and his dogs. The Shepard was the dog...

This place is absolutely beautiful. The public restroom could definitely use a bit more care/cleaning. I love that they have added 2 little cabins. Love this place!! It's a quiet place and very clean. There's trails to walk 2 different playgrounds for the kiddos, kayak launches, great place for a birthday party with plenty of tables and a pavilion.
