The refund policy is horrible. My family and I have been coming to this farm for the past three years. Typically we have had a decent experience. However this past trip will be our last trip. We came to pluck peaches only to find that they were overly rip and very little to choose from. Because of that we decided that it was not worth the time and additional expensive to pluck. So I requested a refund witch was denied. This farm has a no refund policy in place that does not consider the customer’s that are only coming to pluck the fruit. I spoke with both managers that where available to remedy this is. I was told the policy does not allow for refunds because of the animals and they could see other customer’s leaving with peaches. I do understand that. However they could not show me where I could pluck peaches that were suitable for purchase. I traveled a great distance with six children ages 13 to 1. My advise is take a wagon before you go Into the field, because the the buckets get heavy pretty quickly and then you find yourself carrying a heavy bucket on your head or shoulders. It’s a great place for kids and you can sit and have lunch, but they do not sell food. They do sell jams, caramel apples, pumpkin and apple pie and drinks.
