I want to commend Gretchen and the PPR team. I contacted them midway through the season about a challenge we were having. I wasn't expecting any action, but wanted to share the feedback. She contacted me with a solution to the problem that was much better than we expected. She demonstrated a sincere desire for a great experience for my son....
