It has some really great features... Take for instance the trees... (!) are truly grand 8n their starture... truly stellar in size, you can just tell the difference, like with of air quality when you get in and under them. A peaceful kind of zen that radiates.... The place is well proportioned and naturally landscaped with a kid's park right at the entrance and a pond that lies further back with fish even for part of the of year, although it does dry up for the most part in the late summer. It offers a skateboard park for the young and the young at heart... , trails for walking through in a densley wooded area and even has league style baseball fields,, three in all.. to the west side and another field a across the roadway. There are fairgrounds that lie on the north.erly side is used all year round for all kinds of events, not just the fair...! This is a great park with many amenities... and lets not forget the quaint little store across the way that's ably named Linkin Park of course and locally by neigbbor and friend! Oh my gosh!!! I almost forgot the park itself features cabins that That are over a 100 years old I believe and some of the original cabins that were used by the pioneers that pioneered this area.... so that park has great history, great features for the whole community, with even a little store across the way to boot, you just...

Many county events are held here, including baseball games, 4H, the fair, equine sports, and sports of almost any kind. It has a large dedicated dog park and expansive frisbee golf course. the woods are nice, but the airplane flyovers are a bit startling if you're not from here, as well as some of the local people bassing their cars so loud it echos through the entire neighborhood, really kills any delusion that you're walking an actual isolated forest. I highly recommend it for walks in the evening or early mornings. FYI, please do not litter, watch out for people sleeping there illegally, and clean up after your doggies. Ducks thrive there, but please don't disturb them, by human or canine means. Don't feed them bread, that hurts a duck. Feed them dry plain oatmeal or duck food pellets from a feed store ^_^ Thank you for this...

If there was an event going on I could see this park being fun. Yet it isn't really a kids park and more of a disk golf park. The pusher bike race track potion looks fun and well groomed. As for the park area isn't much more than baseball diamonds and fencing. Plenty of places to park, lots of trees. Park is some what secluded. Restrooms are old and dirty. Seems like there are plenty of park/landscaping crew so not sure why it's so dirty. Especially because there isn't really a lot to do there. The baseball fields are very well made. My son and I spent about an hour just walking around. No playground at all, so this park is not a little kid play area really. I could see it being cool for dog walkers and parents who want to practice baseball...

It's not like it was when I was a kid. There is no longer a play ground for kids to play at. I noticed that other then the group that was playing Frisbee golf the other vehicles in the area were that of individuals who were homeless and living out of their cars. They hang out there until the park closes at 11 pm . During the day it's probably an ok place to go with young kids if your looking for a pond with ducks in it. Bring lots of bread because there are a lot of hungry ducks hanging out at the pond.

Lincoln Park had its good and bad moments. Fishing pond for kids is a joke. The kids never get fish there because adults keep fishing there illegally 🙄. So I don't have to tell you what kind of adults fish there. Everytime we are there I see more adults than kids. The park is not like it was when I was a kid, but there's not many places to go with families in PA anymore. The fishing hole will have to do for now.
