Rusty Hook Winery — Attraction in Port Lavaca

I stopped by just before heading to Rockport and enjoyed every moment of it.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a wine tasting with the owners, and I truly enjoyed it. We had a wonderful conversation about traveling, languages, and so many other things while savoring the wines.

Had a great time. Met friends here on a Saturday afternoon, and it was fabulous! Sunshine and Sonia were amazing. (Very helpful and friendly) we will definitely be back. They actually ferment their wine, but do not grow the grapes there. The grapes are sourced from Goliad and San Antonio area. We loved the Merlot, the sparkling wine, and the slushies were a hit.
