Five Cousins Strawberry Patch — Attraction in Poteet

I called the day before and Will suggested to call the morning of so he would confirm if they had enough strawberries before we headed over. We took our kids to this strawberry patch and Will so kindly gave us directions to their other plantation at Three Amigos. The owners/staff at Three Amigos were also very nice and helpul. On a whim we decided to look up where we could go berry picking. By chance we chose Cousins. I called Mike and it was like talking to an old friend. He gave great directions and had someone meet us out front and show us to the barn where we got our baskets and scissors. My 2 year old son had so much fun! He judged each strawberry carefully before placing them in his basket, there was a lot of taste testing in between.
