Absolutely the most beautiful and peaceful place in the world. I wish I could live there year round. So many things at your fingertips. First off and most importantly are the people on the Lake and around the vicinity. Each person more wonderful and interesting than the next. Wells and Poultney townships are like something straight out of a beautiful movie. Over 45 years I have been going to our family home and it is truly amazing. The LSC association is also and integral part of this review and without their oversight we would never have such a magnificent Lake. Everyone always ready to lend a hand, help out with anything or just have an open ear or door. And there is plenty for all ages to stay active or just get some relaxation time. You name it they have it. Sightseeing, hiking, skiing, dining, boating, all different types of activities, fairs and events just to name a few. If you have a chance to visit this hidden Oasis do not pass it up. It really is a dream come true and would be an amazing opportunity.
