I truly cannot give enough feedback for Lau Family Farm! My experiences with them are always 100%, from customer service, to quality! I believe I have tried every cut of the beef they sell, not once have I felt anything other than SUPER IMPRESSED! There are certain cuts that blow my mind! I have never had an Italian beef sausage as perfect as theirs, the cube steak literally melts in your mouth! I hate to shout out to only two cuts, but these are the ones that when purchased in a grocery are not great. When ordering the Ribeye, go for it, get the thick cut, makes you feel like you're being treated like royalty!
