LoPresti Farm — Attraction in Preston

Lopresti's is a convenient little store that sells a variety of things depending on the season- fresh vegetables, healthy plants -flowering plants, spices, & vegetables, a variety of cold drinks, eggs (fresh local, & fresh local organic,) & a variety of ice cream treats It's staffed with people who are kind, helpful & who know their products, and...the prices are good!! (Several of the "staff" are the family mbrs that own the store who've worked there for quite a long time & their experience really shows.)

It's a kind of corner store that's slowly disappearing in America, sadly... A place where, if they know you- and you've forgotten your wallet-they'll have you pay for that soda next time. Because, both of you know you will! And, you do...and life goes on. Its the kind of place where the owner recommends their organic eggs...'cause he thinks you might like them. Oddly, their local eggs are cheaper than the (clearly much older eggs) being sold at the local Walmart at the moment, so you jump at the deal... This is a great store that has tasty, fresh, food for sale that they grow and they will tell you anything you need/want to know about it- including tips on how you might want to cook it!! Highly recommend you...

Love love love this little shop. Love that i get to support local farmers who are so kind and helpful. Yummy fresh produce and tons of flowers and plants to purchase. Great option for anyone who is trying to be more green. No plastic! they offer boxes...
