Family is the best way to introduce the amazing people at Spur of the Moment as that is what I consider them when I think back on our big day!

From day one when Laura and Frank squeezed us in for a tour after just coming back from a trip so that I could get to see their beautiful property, we have been greeted with nothing but pure humbleness, and kindness.

The start with Laura and Frank, the faces of Spur of the Moment Ranch, they are such kind souls, they truly made a first impression so much so that I completely changed wedding venues just after knowing them for 1hr. Yes, their property is absolutely beautiful, but they are what made us say yes! From day 1 and even after the wedding day they have kept an open line of communication to check in and make sure we’ve had an amazing time and if we’ve needed anything else! They are truly such honest and kind people and I know anyone who meets with them will agree.

Jessica, the wedding planner was unable to be there day of, but truly made our planning process from the very beginning go by so seamlessly and she really made my vision come to life! She understands the stress the big day brings and takes such a load off making sure everything runs smoothly even when she isn’t there and she did not disappoint!

Frita! Ugh I can not say enough good things about her. She stepped in, in place of Jessica and took on coordinating everything behind the scenes of the wedding and making sure everyone was in line and running smoothly. She was the woman of the night! If something was out of place I had no idea, because she handled with ease. She truly made the day go by swiftly and I could not have done with without her!

Ida, what an amazing woman. I wish I could have her in my home to cook all my meals!! The food was phenomenal! I had my friends and family raving about it the whole night! (Consider adding the bang bang shrimp to your cocktail hour, everyone won’t stop talking about it!!) She made sure that after our bride and groom portraits, that we had all the cocktail hour food in the bridal suite to enjoy! She is the sweetest and I’m so happy I got to enjoy her amazing food on my big day!

Sally, if you’re reading this, I love you! Sally, is truly a gift. Her and her husband Christian are such a team to work with. My husband and I are so incredibly awkward in front of the camera and from day 1 when meeting for our engagement pictures they both knew all the right things to say to make it so much less awkward. If you’re worried about feeling awkward or weird, don’t! They make the session feel silly and natural. We have never been captured so beautifully on camera like she captured us on our big day and I’m so grateful to have worked with the both of them. Every time I see an email/text from her regarding our pictures I scream because I know how perfect the pictures will be. I truly can not say enough good things about the amazing duo.

Eddy, our DJ really set the tone of the night with his playlist! Eddy, worked with us weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect and everyone had such a good time!!

Cristian and Chas!! Two of the funniest guys! They are the bartenders and really made the night as fun as it was! The drinks were amazing (maybe a little TOO good) and they had such an amazing attitude, we loved them both!

And for the venue it’s self. WOW, it is truly such a beautiful property from front to back. It’s truly something you need to see and appreciate in person. Frank handmade everything you see on that property, from the chairs, to the reception overhang itself. It is truly amazing. Each light was hung up on the ceiling so beautifully and really brings beautiful lighting at night.

Overall, I am so happy to have been able to have met everyone I did and have gotten married at such a beautiful location. And to know it’s family owned and ran makes it that much more special. I just can’t say enough good things about everything and everyone, I’m so sad the day went by so fast as, but I’m so happy it was spent around...

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Spur of the Moment, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience, and we cannot praise the venue and its staff enough.

The staff at Spur of the Moment deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. Frank and Laura went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. Laura went above and beyond, sending us reminders and ensuring that everything would turn out beautifully. On the day of the wedding, the attentiveness and friendliness of all staff members were noted by all our guests, and their flexibility in accommodating our requests was very much appreciated! Everyone, from their in-house caterer, Events by Molina, to the restroom attendants, were incredible. The dinner was delicious, and we highly recommend the midnights snacks! Our guests wouldn’t stop raving about it.

Jessica, the coordinator, helped us during the planning process. Although she couldn't be present on the day of the wedding, her dedication was evident in the seamless execution of the event. Jessica made sure to address all our concerns and questions beforehand, ensuring that her team was well-prepared for the big day.

The in-house DJ, Eddy, was an absolute highlight of the event. Not only did he curate the perfect playlist for our celebration, but he also took the time to sit down with us for over an hour to plan out every detail. Eddy’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious, turning our reception into an unforgettable party. He ensured that every announcement and song was perfectly timed, creating an atmosphere that kept everyone on the dance floor. We would also like to mentioned that Eddy took the initiative to assist the bartenders during the reception, a gesture that we appreciated and did not go unnoticed.

The venue itself was breathtaking, and several guests mentioned that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The venue’s elegant ambiance, coupled with the professionalism and warmth of the staff, created an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
