This park is absolutely stunning! No matter what trail you take you are surrounded by wildflowers and trees, and everywhere you go there a little cutouts with benches and grills and picnic tables and places to sit to look over the Lakes. We go almost every morning and do at least a mile and a half Trek and never tire of it!

Nice small regional park. It has a pickle ball court, nice walking/biking trails. The Spring Lake is 1 mile from parking and North Prior Lake is a good place to walk. Only small hills. A few seats, at most intersections.

Great for biking, walking, rollerblading, running. Paved path. Has a bathroom and a dog walk park(paid). Full loop is about 2.5 miles. Has lots of elevation changes as well as turns. Beautiful, well kept trail.

Spring Lake Regional Park is a hidden gem located between the north shore of Spring Lake and the southwest shore of Prior Lake, offering 374 acres of natural beauty and diverse landscapes. This park is not just a destination but an experience, one that draws you into the tranquility of nature.

What first struck me was the variety of scenery, from the majestic eagles soaring above to the ancient Maple-Basswood forest that adds an air of enchantment to the trails. The park's small creek winds gracefully through wetlands, cattail marshes, and even a tamarack bog, creating an ever-changing and picturesque setting.

The full loop of the trail, covering about 2.5 miles, is well-paved and maintained, making it ideal for biking, walking, or running. The elevation changes and turns add a pleasant challenge, ensuring that the experience is engaging throughout.

Amenities like restrooms and a paid dog walk park add to the convenience, making it a friendly destination for all family members, including the furry ones.

However, there is a minor drawback for rollerbladers and skateboarders; cracks in the pavement ranging from 1-2" wide can be a bit tricky to navigate. While they don't significantly hinder walkers or bikers, those on wheels might want to exercise caution.

Overall, Spring Lake Regional Park is a refreshing escape, offering a beautiful and well-kept trail that celebrates nature's diversity. Whether you're looking for a peaceful stroll, an invigorating run, or a scenic bike ride, this park is a delightful destination. A solid 4.5 out of 5 stars, and highly recommended for anyone looking to connect with nature, just a stone's throw...

Part of the 3 rivers park service system, this park requires a small fee (yearly is best deal). This location is smaller so it's a good one to visit if your dog tends to run off. Also has a great open central area for really long ball throwing!! our dog loves to visit this park and it's a great one to visit if you are hoping for less people at off times. There have been many times we visit where we are the only dog at the park. Our dog loves to explore so we don't mind being alone and she's already been...

Best Pickleball courts around with the by far the best PickleBall club. Friendly players and just the right level of competition. I play 4 or 5 times a week here and the Ladders tournaments on Saturdays are well organized and soooo fun. This Prior Lake Pickleball club attracts players from the area and just makes my...
