Unfortunately Holiday Hill didn't live up to the hype. I was visiting family from Florida and they informed me that the family reunion would be held at Holiday Hill and I was excited with the reviews I read... till we got there. First and foremost, the bee problem is real. Can't eat your food, can't enjoy your soda, can't even sit and enjoy the view because you have to constantly remain alert as to not get stung by bees. Do they not realize this is a serious problem and that some patrons might be dearly allergic to them. Secondly, the property/venue is not suited for handicap or wheel chair accessibility. I'm mobility challenged and it was impossible keeping up with my non-disabled friends. Stairs, stairs, stairs everywhere, steep inclines, rough rock walkways and distance between the different events made it impossible to enjoy myself. Just hoping that the Holiday Hill management would take these suggestions into consideration and make the experience at Holiday Hill more accessible to those patrons that...

The parent coordinator for P.S. 345 in the East New York section of Brooklyn booked this space for the 5th grade senior trip. Our ticket included access to all the activities except for the pony rides (which were an extra $5) but also included breakfast, lunch and dinner. As soon as we arrived, our students were already excited for all the activities they could see. Once inside, we were taken to a hall where breakfast was provided and a schedule of activities was written on the board. We divided our students amongst the adults present and we were off! Throughout the day, our students participated in bungee jump, rock wall climbing, canoeing, kayaking, row boats, a bouncy house and a series of games mediated by the wonderful, friendly, energetic and efficient staff. At the end of the day, my students asked if it is possible to come back with their families to enjoy it some more. Children of all ages were present from several other schools and it was clear that everyone was...

We ended our summer here and I must say my family had a blast! Friendly employees, beautiful scenery, good food, cool DJ, lots of fun activities. However, I will say there are a few reasons why I have to give it only 2 stars. #1 they have to figure out a way to keep the bathroom cleaner as the day goes on because when we first got there it was clean but as the day went on it became gross… trash overflowing onto the floor, stalls and toilets became nasty. #2 We got food poisoning! Me and a couple of other family members definitely did get food poisoning from eating here, which sucked because the food was good. #3 the bee problem is crazy! It’s impossible to eat or drink without getting attacked to the point you can’t sit and...

I went here in 2004 on a high school field trip and it poured all day so there was not much for me to do. But I recently came back as a family trip because my brother-in-law employer rented the place to do a family picnic day and I loved it. The view is amazing. The only negative is that they didn't have life jackets for the kids to swim in the pool. The food was great they had a bufget style. You can eat in the pavilion or outside. They had games & gifts. Everything was really organized. Definitely will be returning to Holiday Hill this summer. They have basket ball court, tennis court, volley ball, mini golf, two pools. They have canoes, kayak, paddle boats, road boats with a beautiful lake area.

I’ve visited here for my senior trip. They have this thing where you enter you have to put on a wristband and then you’re free to do whatever you want. When I went they had kayaks, mini golf, Rock climbing, A swimming pool with a diving board, a tie-dye station, some type of flippy thing where you get on and you’re able to flip, A few basketball courts, volleyball, badminton, A baseball field, a obstacle course, human hungry hungry hippoā€˜s, an airbrushing station, unlimited food, and a ice cream truck. To sum it up, me and my friends definitely has loads of fun. I wish I could redo this day again 😢. Edit, and how could I forget about the magician in the cafeteria, he was a riot.

I came to holiday hills with my senior class for a school trip, and it's safe to say it was a blast. The food was pretty good and the unlimited ice cream, cotton candy, and popcorn was unbeatable. The pool was clean and the overall campground was relatively clean. My only complaints would be regarding the Holiday Hill website and lack of activities. The website seems to be outdated, which is misleading to those planning on going. There weren't too many activities to do, but overall it's the people that make the place fun!
