I'm not a local to Utah, but I have visited this park multiple times over one weekend in 2025 to watch two nephews and a niece play in a local, youth flag football tournament. Originally, it looked to house a baseball diamond, lots of open grass (that was co-opted for the youth flag football games), and a playground, along with both pickleball and tennis courts. While I was there, I thought the park was nicely maintained, had lots of pickleball courts (all in use from my recollection), and had limited parking (albeit, there was a pickleball event, and a flag-football event all happening at the same time when I visited). There are two baseball fields, a soccer field, plenty of green space, 6 tennis fields and a park where kids can play on. Additionally there are plenty of seating options and restrooms.
You can be in the shade, under a tree or cover. And it is giant, so you will have plenty of space to play in.
This park is in a nice quite area on a quite street, so you can enjoy a peaceful park by relaxing, or playing something fun. Further there are no homeless people here and houses surround the park, so it is a pretty save neighborhood. So I literally have no complaints...
