It was a nice trail. Not too long but amazing mushrooms and fungi on the trail! Make sure you keep an eye you!! This trail has some amazing things. All these pictures were taken ON THE TRAIL. If it wasn’t it was literally 6 feet off it but all this was AMAZING. These were all on some trip. Make sure you plan good timing like 1-2 days after a rain if you’d like to see some mushrooms. Just been a good time finding them for me of course. There are two ways you can go. Once you get in the trail there will be a two ways you can go. One way (to the left)will take you towards the bridge and the right path will take you out a ways but I haven’t gotten too far with the rain flooding the area so I could’t. But I’m sure it keeps going that way too. There was trash please on the trail. pick up what you can when coming by! Bring a bag when you walk a trail to pick up trash and dump at a trash area.

These trails really take you into nature. You feel like you’re the only people in the world! I can’t stress this enough though: WEAR REALLY GOOD DEEP WOODS BUG SPRAY!! We came home with seed ticks and a few other bugs all over us and have been itchy for days. The seed ticks really thought our young boys tasted delicious.

A great place to go for a walk, to get away, sit on a bench and read a book. It's quite peaceful out there. My favorite spot is on one of the benches by the water. I love that people help to keep it clean (for the most part, anyway), and it's a relatively safe feeling place to get into nature

I will never go here again. I got turned around and lost in there which yes was my fault. When I finally got out to a 2 lane road which was miles from where my car was , I was walking with my dog trying not to get hit , I seen a game warden coming so I tried to flag down a him down for help he passed me by and didn’t look twice, and I know he saw me because I even stepped out into the road. Worst...
