7/23/25 I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Florida SouthWestern State College regarding their nursing program. I reached out multiple times via email requesting information and received no response. I even followed up with phone calls, hoping to speak with someone directly—but still, no one got back to me. If you can attend any other campus or university please do so. Let this be your very last resort. Do not bother calling the phone number listed the automated system will hang up and you will be unable to reach anyone. You will need yo spend 30 minutes to an hour on their website looking for how to get questions answered. They have people working at the front desk not to answer phones but to point out the computer for sign in and assistance but not actually answer questions. Stealing salaries. I went here for a semester because some classes weren’t open at the other campuses during the time I was available. The campus is really nice and has a huge walking path around a pond. Their aids to help study are really nice and it was an overall great experience. My professors were all amazing, and I loved Mrs. Slisher in particular. She’s an amazing professor and made me truly interested in what I was learning. I highly, highly recommend taking her if you get the...
