This park is a very nice park it's brand new there are lakes that they have begun to stock for fishing if you would like a schedule for stocking go to Arizona Game and Fish web site..there is a huge playground water Splash Pad lots of shade great picnic areas there's soccer fields softball fields and also skateboard area with cement ramps that you can skateboard and bicycle on and much more one of the nicest parks I have ever seen I would recommend going.. I didn't give it 5 stars because I am a 25-year resident this is the closest park to my home and one of my favorite hobbies is radio controlled boats which are small and Electric quiet and environmentally friendly yet it is against the rules to use them on the lake as you can tell I'm not too happy about this rule as my hobby does not produce any Trash or debris that would go into the lake like fishing does I have seen Bobbers and fishing line already left floating in the lake not to mention trash left behind by fishermen anyway hopefully that will change and I will give it five star if that ever happens and by the way I am a...

Came here for the first time to check it out. I was alone, but all the kids I saw were having a blast. There are 4 baseball fields and even a splash pads to cool off in during the summer. The pond is very large, and I saw many fish while walking around. The pond will be stocked with trout for catch and release in late September. There is an "island" in the middle of the pond, where I mainly saw the adults hanging around. There are shaded pavilions all around the park and pond, all equipped with benches, tables and charcoal grills. I saw people taking homecoming photos, and at least two groups were celebrating birthdays. The playground itself is equipped with activities and structures that could keep kids entertained all day. The floor of the playground is a very soft rubber that is almost bouncy. I wouldn't worry about kids getting hurt over a fall. There are public restroom and drinking fountains all...

This park is very large and there are ton of activities to do. There is a large pond that you can walk/skate/bike around or fish in. There is a giant playground with multiple areas (unfortunately, the pirate ship is gone though), and the play areas are more varied than you find at a lot of other parks. There are diamonds to play baseball/softball/kickball and basketball courts. It's a fairly new park, so you don't have to worry about the equipment breaking, splintering, etc.

However, I'm taking 2 stars away due to Covid. All the areas were PACKED TO THE BRIM with very, very, very few parents or children wearing masks,. Even within the families who had masks, there was usually a parent or child without one. The place was a pandemic nightmare. If you're reading this far, hear me out: wear your mask if you're going to be in close proximity to people, EVEN OUTSIDE!! Please don't get...

And we’ve got you covered with a quick list of favorite locations AND a splash pad map! 💦bookmark and share with a friend! 💦 If you’re new to Phoenix, you may be wondering what we’re talking about!
