It was our first time visiting Puerto Rico as a family and we wanted to do some zip lining. Found this place near us and close to the rain forest. We booked our time ahead on line to ensure we could have our spot of 4. Upon arrive they were courteous and prompt at getting us all setup. The guides were fantastic and did a great job of educating us on what would occur and making us feel safe. There are 11 zip lines and 1 rappel. We enjoyed them all. My only dislike was we had too large of a group and at points it felt unsafe on the tree stands waiting to go from one zip line to the next. This was our biggest dislike was the waiting on this small platforms with 10-20 people on them trying to stand in a safe manner. As the guides had to continually move with us to keep us flowing we bottle necked at points waiting for them to move to keep us flowing. Do not think we'd do this one again, we'd opt to go more central and do longer zip lines. Again, the guides were great. The scenery was good, but my biggest dislike was how big our group was. I felt it should be kept to 20 people max to ensure the participants enjoyment...
Read moreWe had a really fun time! Everything felt very safe, and our guides were nice and FUNNY! Xander, Yariel, Danny, and Omar were all great - thank you guys for the good time!
A couple notes: wear shoes you don’t mind getting muddy. This is in the rainforest, and there are some spots where you have to walk through some mud. Nothing terrible, but worth knowing. When you first arrive you park in an upper lot until you are told to drive down to the main building. There are bathrooms here that require navigating some mud, but there are also bathrooms down in the main building! The employee at the upper lot didn’t mention that for some reason. There are 9 total lines, but three of them are significantly shorter than the rest. On the second to last one, you’re given the choice to go upside down, which is fun, and you should do it! But it’s not nine 100m lines or anything like that, so it’s great for first-timers or those looking for a more casual and fun experience. More experienced thrill-seekers would probably Torro Verde and their Monster and Beast lines (I haven’t been, but will likely try it if we ever come...
Read moreI went with my girlfriend and had a total blast! It was about 1 hour and a half, with 10 ziplines total. Our session had about 10 participants and 5 instructors, so you get quite a lot of interaction with the instructors, who are super helpful throughout the experience. They were also very friendly and conversational, so definitely talk!
We start off putting on equipment (you would be advised to leave behind your belongings, but you can bring your phone I would say as long as you have a zipped pocket of some sort), and then go through a short introduction to how to go safely on the zipline. It then goes on to being escorted to the actual zipline area which is around a 2 minute drive on a white van where they put everyone in.
Ziplines themselves are exhilarating and the views are nice too! There are five in one area and then five in another, and some you get to go across a river and others trees/foresty area so it does make you feel a bit like Tarzan.
Overall a great experience! Would recommend to both adults and kids. Do spray some sunscreen and repellent before...
