I live nearby here and go often, nice quiet little lake to fish on. Grounds are maintained good. Miss be able to camp here like we did as children. This past January would have been great time to do some ice fishing. It usually doesnt get cold enough here to freeze the lake over. Once in a blue moon.

Excellent spot to take the paddleboard. Most of the fishermen look at you funny on the SUP but that makes it all the better experience. I chased a heron around on this day. There was only one boat on the water. Such peace...
