I'm not a wine snob and probably wouldn't have driven all the way here for just a tasting. Very glad that they hosted Michigan Avian Experience. The pairings was amazing, the birds were beautiful and the price was excellent. The setting of the open aired tasting room is tucked to the back of the vineyard. You drive through the grapes as you see the pavilion and hear the birds in the surrounding woods. It's actually quite an experience. The wine list isn't as long as your arm so you can focus on what's in front of you and take in the natural beauty. I prefer sweet but the dry that Flying Otter offers are rather nice. Also ask about anything unreleased, Wild Thing is rather unusual and worth a try. We has so much fun. I will be looking for more events to take others.

We were in Adrian for wedding yesterday(8/19) and this winery was suggested as “things to do” in between the ceremony and reception. About 30 of just came here and enjoyed appetizers, bottles, sangria pitchers and flights. We cleaned them out in food! It’s a hidden little gem, we could have stayed much longer if we had the time. This venue made for some really cute photo opportunities as well! I personally sampled the dry flight,Whimsey, Riesling and the Sangria. I also had some salmon spread which was delicious. The two girls working were so sweet and we all had a good laugh when I went to pay my tab and realized I had forgotten my wallet 🤦🏼‍♀️ Don’t worry, it was paid! The next time I’m in Adrian, I’ll be sure to stop in again!

Beautiful, hidden, and private location. Super cute and a wonderful experience. The wine slushie was delicious and so was the food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the only worker there had a stale attitude. She wasn't friendly or inviting at all.

It was such a cool middle of nowhere chill spot. Great first time being there loved the wine. But a couple there wouldn’t stop bad mouthing about what my wife was wearing and they were buddies up with the owner so I bit my tounge because I didn’t want to get kicked out. But they kept it hoinh all night until they left, like your grown grow up and control your eyes. Then end of the night after being there since 5 it was around 845 (yes I know they close at 9) the server lady said “5 mins then I need you to check out “ so I figured I had a little more time and she got very rude with me but I was having a good night and left it alone. Next time don’t eh so rude to your paying customers and also if your there don’t get jealous about what other females wearing. Worry about yourself and your little pink highlights and terrible extensions. But other then that great place great wine great music...

My husband I were here on a nice quite Sunday afternoon. Awesome setting great wine, the bread and cheese plate were amazing ! Would have love to have the owner come talk to us, soooo many other winery's the owners walk around talk to everyone we love that . Makes it so much more personal. Owners were there sat about 5 feet from us , walked pass us even. Never once said a word. The girl behind the counter was very nice during the tasting , no small talk. Just told us the name of the wine that we had marked on our sheet that we were tasting. Over heard more in a conversation from the owner to another guest about the winery , and found it very interesting. Usually during tastings you get the low down on the history of the winery . Will we be back...
