This small park/garden is an oasis of peace and beauty featuring meandering footpaths, a trickling stream and several sitting areas for quiet reflection. The wooded site is dominated by massive pines, poplars, and other forest trees. The understory features an eclectic and pleasing mix of native and non-native plants. A meandering stroll on all the trails could fill an hour, but not much more. On our Saturday afternoon visit, the office was closed but a non-accessible basement restroom was apparently available via an outside entrance. Trails are narrow with lots of ups and downs. Parking on site is limited, 10 cars might fit if everyone was careful. Could maybe park on the street, but roads are narrow. Well...
