Ok… So I wanted to celebrate my son’s Birthday Party because I thought I don’t have to worry about anything except helping when kids while they are in Cake cutting room…

No complain on place but the employee assigned to us OMG 1..He was like can you please tell the kids to move to 2nd room .. 2nd room is ready I was like literally do I say it why m I paying 600$ for

2.. There was glow party and they literally were sort on glow stick .. some kids got and som were sad.. I asked them if he could bring some. He said yes and boom he was gone for half an hr.. My husband had to go to front desk and ask them to send it.. half of the glow party few kids were without glow stick

3.. we took our water but when kids wanted to drink water literally nobody was their to ask. When finally found the guy he said we have to spend .50 cent for bottle I was like we have our water where is it?

4.. And glow party was going on guy employee was like can you can move kids to other room. I am like Room is dark why don’t you open the light first and you tell them..

Initially I loved this place that’s the reason I decided to do party here I came to this place for my friends son’s Birthday party … the employee moved kids from one room to another and every 5-10 min he used to ask do I need to bring water or whenever we asked for water he used to be quick … Ours party was full of disappointment..

No enough goodie bag few kids had to wait for goodie bags .. They were so disappointed I literally was going and telling sorry to kids.. when asked about not enough goodie bag employee will be like ok and then gone for 15 min..

I don’t want to mention the name of employee but they should at least be quick and not take 15 min to bring a water….

Never ever doing any birthday party here.. ppl want to be in this place because they want to enjoy and not to look after everything.. I paid you for that at least do your job properly

We had a birthday party for our daughter today at this location. We had opted for the ultimate package hoping they would do it right. It started out okay, but soon became a total disappointment. The pizzas that were ordered never came in on time. They just had 3 pizzas out of the 7 pizzas ordered come in just 10 min prior to the end of the party slot, almost 45 minutes late. Even those were not all the correct toppings. Due to the delay, most guests left without food, which is terrible. Even though the pizzas never came on time, they still needed the party room for the next group. After talking to the manager, he allowed playtime, but it was too late for most of the guests. Some guests stayed over, and the pizzas finally arrived after another 1 hr delay, again with incorrect toppings on all but 2 of them. The balloons were also not the colors I asked for.

In short, it was a terrible experience and shows the poor management. While they didn't charge us for the pizzas, it is still not acceptable. The evening was ruined and we were dissatisfied with the whole situation. The management is totally not capable of handling any emergencies as in our case. They have had the pizza delivery issue for the group prior to us as well. They could have taken contingency measures and ordered pizzas elsewhere once they knew about the delay, but they didn't. They didn't inform us until it was time for the pizza at the party, giving us no choice for an alternative.

The staff helping during the cake cut were good and helpful, but the management is just inexperienced.

If you want to have a party with good experience, this is not your location. I would NOT...

Recently had a party for my son's 7th Birthday and he had a blast. It was late (started at 7pm) and the staff seemed like they were ready to go home when we got there. To their credit I was 6 minutes late trying to make sure my son had all of his family there. They made sure to whisper about it while I was checking in and when I asked if there was a problem, Natalie said the host has not shown up..."Natalie I am the host". Tones changed but they still did not know which way was up. I didn't know we would be moved from one room to another but that was fine. Staff made sure to collect the birthday items. It was helpful to not have to carry the items back and forth. I paid to have pictures taken, the guy with the camera never spoke to me, snapped random pictures and they were blurry when sent to me. DID NOT GET ONE PIC OF ME WITH MY SON? They looked great on the slideshow but I didn't get to see the whole show because there was a lot going on. We didn't get to open gifts and were rushed out, 10 minutes before the party was scheduled to end. My daughter wants her 6th bday (in November) here and I refuse to spend any more money to be treated like an inconvenience. My advice to pump it up, don't have late parties because the staff does not seem to...
