The Whiskey Bonding Barn — Attraction in Raleigh

This is a BEAUTIFUL venue! My daughter had her wedding here the 3rd week of October. The first few pics are when we visited the venue a couple of weeks before the wedding and I was seeing where the sun would be at what time (hence the watch shots). Then you get into the day of the wedding and how we decorated the venue for her wedding. If you have a larger wedding party, the dressing rooms are small in my opinion, and you may need to overflow to the bathrooms. Otherwise, the rest of the venue was perfect! The tables and chairs were part of the rental package! There are a few things like signs and decor that other people have left which was very helpful as well. It is not close to a major store, so pack anything you think you could possibly need. It was a task to set up, have the wedding, and then take down all in one 16 hr day.... but.... It was just what my daughter wanted and she had her perfect wedding dream come...

I booked a venue for July 30th of this year, paid the $750 up front, and a couple months later my fiancé got military orders(orders bind any contract legally). We are both in the military so planning a wedding is already hard for us. She decided to tell me, 3 times, that we need to reschedule she can’t refund us. I then told her that’s not how that works. By law she has to refund us. Once my fiancé got involved in the conversation, she denied that she was never not going to refund us. She eventually refunded us with an ongoing Venmo comment section. I planned on using her in the future but not after her disrespect. I don’t wish anything bad to this business, I just want future military members who book to know how rude she was to us about getting orders...

The whole experience was wonderful! Ms. Lynn and her family are wonderful to work with. All the guest have raved about how much fun they had. We booked the venue for the full weekend with the house. That allowed us plenty of time to set up and prep things for the big day on Saturday. When you book the house you get to stay there the night before the wedding with all your bridesmaids and then We also stayed there after the wedding Saturday night, which is wonderful also because we didn’t have to worry about getting home that night! Overall this venue is a 10 out of 10. I will forever recommend The Whiskey...
