A group of us visited Chuparosa on a Sunday afternoon and we had a great time. It has a small outdoor patio that has one large table for 6 and about three small tables for 2-4. There's more seating inside too. There's a beautiful view of their vineyard and Olive trees. Wine tasting was very affordable at $10 to taste all their wines. The owner Andy came right outside when we arrived to welcome us. If you buy a bottle of wine, the $10 goes towards the cost. Most of us left with at least one bottle of wine that day as their wines were really good! I like their Albarino, Sangiovese and their zinxzin port. No food but you can bring your own.

Small local vineyard surrounded by ranches. Beautiful scenery and a lovely outdoor deck with tables and umbrellas. There is an indoor area as well. The wine was very good and served by the owners lending to a much more personal experience. We went in November so the plants had already gone by for the season. Still a beautiful vineyard all the same. I will also mention the tasting and the bottles of wine we bought afterwards were well priced as well.

Only $10 for your tasting, and that is credited with a purchase. You're gonna want to buy everything you taste, of all 8 wines, inc the olive oil. The wine is amazing. Sooo flavorful, perfect. Everything we tasted we absolutely loved. Worth the drive from SD area. Andy poured, and gave us info on each grape variety. Please visit.

I visited Chuparosa vineyards for the first time after seeing the excellent, and know I know now , well-deserved internet reviews. Honestly, I didn't know there was any place in San Diego County that made such great wine. I asked the owner, manager, field-worker , and winemaker Eddie wny he makes wine and he said, "becuase I like wine." The wines are dry (no residual sugar). Again, I asked why, "he answered becuase I like it that way." How freshing it is to fine someone who follows his heart and passion! As one patron said, "the hard part here is not to find a good wine, but to find a wine that isn't good." All tasted wines were five stars and the price is reasonable. I will be back. Buy the Malbec (if there is any left.) Salud to you and your...

Carolyn and her staff were so amazing, we started at this lovely vineyard. Every wine that was poured was amazing. The value was exceptional, we left with two bottles of wine and a bottle of their delicious olive oil. Carolyn had fresh warm sourdough bread to enjoy with their olive oil. It was complimentary with the tasting, and being able to enjoy this with our wine really sets this place apart from our other experiences here wine tasting in Ramona. My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, thank you Carolyn!!!!!

For those that love red wines, we fell in love with the...
