Henshaw Scenic Vista Observation Site — Attraction in Ramona

This is such a beautiful overlook. So many different types of birds to see. So relaxing and Quiet for the book lovers, and a pleasant location to have a quick lunch with a friend, with a hunny, or with yourself. Or just to take a break from a long drive. I really enjoyed giving this Overlook a little TLC today. It was a perfect day to do so, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the toilet paper💩 people leave behind. It's so unfortunate, so please if u come and visit this beautiful overlook, make sure u take your trash with you. Or use the dumpster, this place belongs to all of us. And our future...

A great view. The road up here is defo a bit windy. Not a final destination, but a great place to stop on the way up to the observatory. Watch out for lame bikers trying to kill themselves.

Watch your kids. I had one fall once but we were the only family up there so we just left and put it out of our minds.

This is a great viewpoint with an excellent view of Lake Henshaw below. We enjoyed looking out over the area where we had just driven, and trying to pick out the landmarks we had seen.
