The older man running the place is a jerk. There is simply no other way of putting it. He is consistently rude to me and my children and today, a Monday when they are open after Easter, his first words to me were, "What the hell do you want?" That was only after I pried his attention away from his tablet on which he was watching some documentary on sunken ships.
Ramseur Lake was a great place to bring your family three years ago. The new patron needs to go. He is rude, has foul language, and makes people feel unwelcome. This will be the first year in many I will not purchase an annual launch and instead start taking my family to the Asheboro Lakes. So sad when I'm a resident and have enjoyed our best kept secret for years.
