RRC is a beautiful Anoka County park in Ramsey, MN. It has a large pavilion, playground, several long paved trails, horse trails, canoe launch, and an overnight camping area for passing through canoeists. I don't know what the cost is for entry, if any. We went there for a wedding and the bride's mother had paid for any costs. The shelter house was large and in very good condition.
