Mission Hills Country Club — Attraction in Rancho Mirage

Recently came here to attend a wedding and I can tell you that I would never return to this location for any type of event. Rochelle Bang the event coordinator made the experience less than bearable because I ended up leaving to due to the fact that this place has no handicap and wheelchair accommodation Rochelle kept asking me to move out of the way but when I asked her where could I be in my wheel chair she said they're really was no place for wheelchairs. I'm only giving a 2 star because Lori Coleman was the only person to accommodate me properly by making sure that I had restroom access and was attended to have a location to sit in my chair away from heavy foot traffic in my wheelchair. I am thankful Lori's help and hospitality but the establishment was less than poor because I have never seen a golf course with dead grass before and it seems as though they sprayed only up to a certain point for what reason I have no idea but you can see the spray lines in the photos. The wedding was beautiful despite the dead grass however the sound system had a very strong static noise that was louder than anything and would have been best to just have had it turned off. On the other hand, I regret to share a disappointing experience that I had with the security staff member, DAISY, during my recent visit. Unfortunately, her behavior was unprofessional and rude. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, she exhibited a dismissive and discourteous attitude. Such behavior not only tarnished my impression of the establishment but also left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any organization, and I hope that future interactions with the security staff can be more positive for others. Constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I trust that this concern will be addressed to enhance the overall experience...

The fairways were beat up, a lot of Brown Grass all around the course and just subpar maintenance overall. Green's were in good shape but that's about it. To top it off, the Marshall stopped us and asked if we could play a MINUTE faster on each hole. After paying $150+ per player, I expected more and felt very disrespected by the Marshall.

There was literally no one out there and despite the sub-par condition we were still having a good day until the Marshall found it necessary to approach us about a single minute per hole.
