Great place to get away from the crowds! Entrance east just outside of Dinosaur (unfortunately nothing in that town but two gas stations and three CBD stores...). The ranger station was closed but the bathrooms open on the Sunday it late April we were there. 30 mile one way drive into the park with numerous overlooks and a cool trail at the end. Saw two or three other cars the entire time we were there. GREAT! Nice relaxing experience. If you want well maintained roads and facilities and the park experience without the people this is a place to put on your list.
