This park has great trails to explore! I found four trails to hike along with a story time trail. They just opened a natural nature play area that is very cool! I was treated to a bunch of different butterflies, bees and dragonflies. Theres a wide variety of birds and chipmunks galore. There’s a paved parking area with plenty of parking spots! They have a clean bathroom with non flush toilets. They provide maps and brochures in a information kiosk. This is definitely worth checking out. The kids would...

Tons of spring wildflowers! We went on April 11. Lots and lots of Marsh Marigolds. Beautiful. Ground in many places was carpeted in little flowers. Been a while so only name I remember is Yellow Trout Lily. When I’ve gone at other times of the year I’ve not found the park nearly as interesting. But we’ll definitely be back...

Great place to walk the dogs. First picture to all rookie hikers. This is real nature. Trees do fall. There are lots of bugs. Second picture is the grain silo of a near by farm. You will meet friends that you did not know. You may call them strangers the first time you meet them.

Awful Place, you should avoid it 😉 Okay, to be honest, i seriously enjoyed having the trail to myself, so the fewer people that know about this gem, the better for me 🤣. Its a Great Park. The wildflowers currently blooming smell divine, and my walk was peaceful and just perfect.
