I loved this beach. Stopped after a delivery in an 18 wheeler. We parked on side of the road and took a dip. The water is clear but bring goggles it burns. After dark the mosquitoes attack and bats come out. We ran after that. Come early bring the family. The water felt great. 1st time in Maine. Best 20 or 30 minutes ever!!!! #Texas July 24, 2020

A quiet little beach, that is a mix of rocks and sand. Bringing sandals will make walking into the water more comfortable. The first part is quite shallow, but it gets deeper along the way. The water is very clear. You do need to be a resident of the area to use the beach, and they have someone that checks your ID (but that are not always around).

For local Gray residents only. Tiny beach beside a busy road. Water felt good and seems clear. But the filthiest port-a-potty I’ve ever encountered (so bad you wouldn’t want to even step inside it). A few mean bug biters.

This a very nice little beach for Gray Residents and has a parking lot across the road from the beach. I took all my kids here years ago to take swimming lessons here. It is a good beach for the little ones, no steep drop offs here just shallow gradual change in depth. They usually have a rope with floats to keep boats out and marks where it does drop off to deeper water. As the water deepens near the rope you can feel the change from the warm water to fairly cool temps as you go out or dive...
