This is a great place to paddle. There is a full boat launch at norcross point but a roadside access on summer street is easier for canoes and kayaks. It is required that boats be hosed off before entering the lake so do this at home or at norcross to prevent milfoil invasion. I saw loons, herons, and a bald eagle yesterday. Flat water is great for new paddlers and there is six miles of lake to explore.
