One of the most unprofessional places I have ever been to. To be honest my customer experience was horrible. I had walked into the store and seen the supposable owner standing behind the magic counter. I stood there for about 6 solid minutes and never got asked what I had needed. Eventually I had to ask for what I needed and the guys response seemed very unfriendly and very short with me. Being there felt very uncomfortable. I found a item I wanted to purchase for $15.00 that I thought was brand new. They had never told me it was repackedged and fill with random jumbled garbage cards. I left the store with it and I had opened the package finding the cards to be not new so not 5 minutes later I had went back to return the item and get my money back. They told me that they will not give me my money back. Without warning me that it is non refundable and repackeged they had obviously set cards within the box that are well under the price you pay for. They ripped me off by placing cheap cards into the box. They gave me no warning when I was buying the item. They obviously just want money and don't care for the customers. The people who had sold me the item obviously accused me of stealing the "best" cards out of the box and then trying to return it. This place is honestly a joke and I will never EVER spend money there again, not even a penny. I basically threw away $15. I most certainly think nobody should shop here completely an professional and very very very questionable place. I would be suprised if the owner contacts me back by responding to this review. I honeslty hope he sees this and get my perspective. Garbage store that won't stay in business very...
Read moreMichael, we need to review what happened., It has almost been a year, since I brought my computer to your shop. I am sure that you waited for me to contact you, after my last trip, bringing my computer back to your store, after the Best Buy geek squad employee found that one of my “RAM “was missing. His words, on the service order receipt. Your short search in your shop failed to find my missing Ram stick. I also thought you would contact me to offer some type of relief concerning the cheap ram stick that somehow ended up inside my computer. Let's go back even farther, you had at that time, my computer in your shop for almost 2 weeks. when I first brought my computer to you, I told you that the issue had to do something with the registry in the computer. Finally, I guess you gave up trying to fix my computer. You tried to sell me another computer. I can still remember our conversation, that evening as I walked out of your shop with my computer, warning me that Best Buy would lose all my information, and telling me how to keep that from happening. . I did contact the company that made my computer, they gave me the numbers of my two-matching ram sticks. There is a reason why I waited to write this, first, I am embarrassed that I believe that you cheated me, a senior citizen, and I did nothing and allowed it. I am hoping that after you receive this review, you will contact me to offer a comparable Ram stick, to match the one that somehow got removed from my computer. I guess at this time I also believe it is important that other senior citizens be made aware of the situation that I had with you....
Read moreHad a previous pc beginning to fail and ordered a new custom build based upon its specific use. Had a brief discussion concerning basic concerns, expectation and the staff met the need with an awesome build that surpassed imagination. They even assembled all the parts neatly, professionally and at no additional cost. (I guess they like assembling new PCs). Anyhow, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend The Computer Shop of Redmond for anyone needing an upgrade, repairs, or a completely new system. They can even make an older-sluggish machine run like new again.
