Casino White Cloud — Attraction in Reserve

Had a good time there playing bingo. This is only the second casino I've ever been to (the first was in NOLA) so hard for me to compare it. The staff was nice, and the facilities were also nice. Warning to anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke that there is a lot of it. It didn't bother me, but thought I'd mention it for those who it does. Another warning is that if you get promo credits for the slot machines you can only use them at the machine you load them on, they don't transfer back to your card. We put ours on a machine and got interrupted, cashed out, then came back and the promo credits were not on the card, whoever took the machine after us used them up. They were free, so not a big deal, but it was a little annoying as they don't make it clear that once they're on a machine, they're there until you use them up. Or at least they didn't make it clear to us, anyway. There was a storm coming in, so the staff was probably more concerned about the power fluctuations and weather, as they should be. Friendly, attentative staff on floor. Had fun. Lots of big screened slots, easy to see & hear. Big parking lot. Machines loose enough to allow playing without emptying piggy bank. Big parking lot. Allowed to park RV. reasonably close to entrance. Once buffet closed, Grill opened, very accommodating for guests. Huge suggestion: Only drive there via town of While Cloud or drive down from Nebraska. Do not try heading west on 330th Rd from Hwy 7. It's a dirt road. Seen sign, "Not Maintained". Had to turn around and get back to Hwy 7. Google Maps wasn't up to par on navigation for White Cloud Casino. I suggest you call casino to get best directions. UPDATE:: 3 things prompted my previous rating. Free play, winnings and staff. The staff is just as friendly as ever. I haven't won but once since writing my 1st review. And the reduced free play amount.. I bought shirts I wouldn't have bought, if not for the free play they gave me. Free play has been dropped to $10 once a week. Not worth the extra gas to travel that far out to get it. Disappointed.

Smaller and older than many of the other surrounding Casinos. What it lacks in glitz and glam it makes up for in areas that really count. Employees are super friendly. It is my favorite Casino to go to. Come in wearing one of their shirts or hat and get $20 free pay every Mon and Wed. My luck has been decent. Starting with their free play I usually come home with at least $30. I know many would be disappointed with that small amount, but I see it as a risk free $30.
