Went to the system of a down concert on 10/13/18 . Huge dirt parking lot with employees directing the parking was ok. A little confusing with all the cones on the road before the lot. Gates opened way earlier than the listed time so the "fast lane" passes I bought were useless. We bought lawn seats and were supposed to be let in earlier than the crowd , as it was advertised but that never happened. Weren't allowed to bring blankets or chairs . Once the concert started which was on time at 330 the music sounded good but none of the screens were on so lawn seats had no visual. Then between bands complete silence for 30mins+ until someone decide to play music while the crowd waited for the 3rd or 4th band. By the 3rd band they finally got the huge screens on the sides of the stage on but they seemed to have a hard time adjusting the picture to fit the screen. The weather was decent but had to wear a poncho since umbrellas weren't allowed either. The lawn area was so crowded that getting to a restroom was a 20 minute trip. Honestly it was a dangerous situation, I could imagine if an evacuation had to occur people would be trampled because there were way too many people and not enough space to easily or safely exit the lawn area. When the concert was over walking from the lawn took another 30mins the crowd was ridiculous. No staff directing the crowd, people hopping fences to get out . So much trash scattered everywhere. They offered a movie with coffee and donuts for the people who wanted to wait until the crowded parking lot cleared. I didn't check that out but it was a nice offer. Was in the parking lot until after 130am just waiting for the huge line of cars to clear. There were lots of cops directing traffic, if it wasn't for that I would have been there hours longer I'm sure. Over all the bands were great the people in charge of the concert need to rethink a lot of things. I don't plan on attending another concert at this venue. Not unless it has thousands less people or there are some major improvements...
Read moreThis is the worst venue I’ve ever been to. We bought pit EARLY ENTRY tickets for Post Malone. Not a single person at the venue could tell us our correct line. We arrived at 2, concert entry was supposed to be 5. After walking from line to line to line to line, we still are still told no one knows just hang tight and once you get in you’ll get to the right line. Well when we got in at still no one told us where to go, no one knew. (This place is huge btw). So we are with a group of early entry and the worker after forever says you’re good. We kept asking if they were sure, he said yes. When we get down to the pit finally they say we are not supposed to be let in there was a direct line for early entry and we didn’t go to it so they get in first. But the large line of us kept telling them we were told to stay , it was right. So there’s another line they try to make us get into but that line is pushing and running down almost trampling us. We all manage to get back in and people are passing out, throwing up. You can’t leave the pit cause you won’t get back in. Then I passed out, my husband escorted me out, no medic, no staff would help. When we got to the medical tent they said they couldn’t help me get to my car even though I could barely stand. Then because we were so turned around we asked how to get to the blue lot. Literally no staff could tell us. Once we figured it out on a map, I was falling over. No one in security on golf carts would help me to my car. Took us two Hours to find our car because they closed it in with giant RVs and we couldn’t see it. That whole time no one helped us no matter how much we begged. Then to top it off it took over 2 hours to get out of the lot once we got to our car. I assume people behind us probably took over 4 hours. No exaggeration! This is the most unorganized, awful place I’ve ever been to. Do not go here, I wouldn’t go if the tickets were free. What an...
Read moreDO NOT ATTEND ANY CONCERT OR EVENT HERE. By far the worst set up I have ever seen for an event. Came for Jason Aldean, Luke Combs and Lauren Aliana. Sorry Lauren couldn't even see you because I was in traffic. This was not normal traffic. Cars literally took dirt roads, drove on wrong sides of the street to beat other cars. It was stand still traffic. We were 8 miles away and our uber ride took us 2 hours. We got out of the uber and started walking. We were not alone. TONS of people walked. People had to get out of their cars to pee. People were literally peeing everywhere on the way up to the concert because they were stuck in traffic for so long. The biggest thing that bothered by was the lack of police presence. I never felt safe, and if there were some cops there it would have helped with traffic flow. The check in line was a joke. After what happened in Vegas on 10/1/17, really guys? Flasks... no big deals, but it would have been so easy to sneak other things into the venue. Once you were in the venue it was complete chaos. The Ticket staff had no idea what they were doing. Leaving here took 2.5 hours, we (amongst many hundreds of others) had to walk 3-4 miles just to be able to get an uber. Because they do not have a good system to allow people to be picked up. They ENCOURAGE DUI's, because without walking on a dangerous highway, there is no way you are getting an uber. Luckily Aldean and Combs did there thing, but oh my LORD what a JOKE of a concert venue. No artist should be allowed to perform here, all of your fans are just exhausted by the time they get to the venue. Please, please, avoid this place. No matter how cheap the ticket is, do not come here. Unless you tailgate all day and sleep in your...
