Pelican Pool & Spas Skis & Snowboards — Attraction in Richland Township

Their website says above ground pools cost $3-8K delivered and installed. They don't mention the excavating, the sand, moving the fence or getting electricity to the pool. MORE LIKE $13,000 AND they literally gave us 2 days notice to move the fence, despite the fact that we specifically asked about the fence when we ordered the pool! Of course, you find out these details AFTER your kids already know you've ordered a pool! Can't cancel now! Seems a bit deceitful to us! BTW After learned about the extra, previously undisclosed costs, we called to ask about returning the pool and we were told there would be a 25% return fee and oh yes, our favorite part… they told us since it rained the day after the pool boxes were delivered it rained, so the restock fee will more than likely be significantly higher! 6/17/20, about 1300, me and my wife walked into the Quakertown shop looking to buy a spa. Went to the spa section, no help, no one asked if we were interested in buying for 15 minutes. Went and asked the front desk, she walked us back to the spa section and said someone would be with us. 10-15 minutes later, still sitting there. Store looks empty, one guy buying chemicals at a counter. No one came back so we just left. Leaving 1★ because in an empty store, 3 people sitting at the front doing nothing, no one bothered to help for the 30 minutes or so total we stood around . 0/10 customer...

We have been visiting Pelican for over a year and no spas were available. One day we stopped in a there were two left. Chris was so helpful and we were able to get the last one. The delivery of the long awaited spa came Friday and the three delivery guys were amazing and so fun. I was like a kid at Christmas and they were so kind and as enthused as I was.
