Windber Recreation Park and Pool — Attraction in Richland Township

Just got there at 3pm with my spouse and 3 children. Didn't even change into our bathing suits when I walked passed I guess the owner/ manager??? Hearing him say. Its hot and um not staying here for just 7-8 people, let's close up. WHAT??? it's beautiful out, his response it's thundering, no rain. No lightening. He just seemed like he wanted to go home. This is an excellent place to go if you are bored and want a variety of options for you and your family. Tennis courts are well maintained, the swimming pool is relatively clean, the walking trails are absolutely beautiful, and the playground is great for the children. I had my first visit to the park for waves and wings! What a fantastic time! Live music, which was incredible. Hundreds and hundreds of people were there, it was a far larger event than I thought it would be. Three restaurants were competing in a wing challenge, and the food was excellent!
