Beautiful, well kept place in quiet neighborhood. Loved our visit here to see the Three witnesses monument. Lots of care has been taken to preserve and honor the gravestones here. Engraved on all 4 sides of The Three Witnesses Monument, are the testimonies and descriptions of what these men saw and experienced. As I pondered on the words inscribed on the stone, my mind reflected upon the witnesses of our Lord’s resurrection in the New Testament. The Biblical account of the witnesses of the resurrection has been the banner of Christianity’s divine origins for centuries. I would walk through the cemetery on my way home from school and study the headstones, dates, find members of the same family, the many children, and imagine the hardships they tried to overcome while moving out West so long ago.
Bloody Bill Anderson is buried at the far southwest corner. The site in general is more celebrated now and much more beautiful than before.
