I had bad experience. I am a truck driver and i had appointment for 4pm. At 3:30 when i checked in,i they told me that my appointment is for next day at seven am. But i should get in, so they may have me loaded before that time. After 3hours waiting i went back to ask again how much longer should i wait. Girl at registration boot checked again and she admitted that my appointment was for 4pm and without apology sent me back to waiting row. 45 mins after that they started loading me. This is the most unorganized , inefficient place I've seen in awhile. Took over an hour to check in, probably twenty trucks at the gate. Little to no instructions when you manage to get up to guard house/ shipping office. They have no clue how to load your trailer so you better give the detailed instructions. Same deal on the way out, total mess with incompatace running the show. Took five times more time to check in/out then it did to load.
