Aweful! Sign said open, so we went in. Old lady working there was unfriendly and rude. I bought a glass of wine, took a seat with my friends only to be told... "Im getting ready to close up so you guys will have to drink that outside.. " Really??? I would have never bought the glass of wine had I known I would need to drink it out in the 35 degree weather. Never again!!!
I worked at an upscale winery for years, in fact, I ran the place Monday through Friday by myself. I NEVER kicked customers out so I could leave. If they entered before we closed, they were paying customers and I was there to serve them.
I dont care if tgat lady was an owner or employee... When it comes to customer service, you need to get better help!
