Pool Rehab popped up in my IG feed as a sponsored ad, and after looking through their reviews and combing their website I gave them a call to get a quote to clean our pool tile.

I don’t recall who I spoke to but they were friendly, courteous, and professional. They took some basic information and then asked that I text a couple of pictures of my pool tile and they would send me a quote. A short time later I got a text from Jeremy with a quote that I felt was reasonable and fair—especially since my tile was caked with white scale and looked like it would never come back to its original condition. I agreed on the price and we set a date.

Jeremy was extremely quick to respond via text to any questions I had and was very patient and accommodating—even after I had to ask to cancel and reschedule several times due to other projects and travel.

Pool Rehab showed up bright and early on the appointment date and promptly went to work. The technician explained that they were delicate in several areas as to not further damage a few of the tiles that were previously cracked. They completed the cleaning and sealing of the tiles and to my amazement they all looked brand new, just like the day they were installed. The technician was very thorough in what steps we needed to do, and explained the sealant and how many years it should last before we would need another cleaning.
