Very nice well-marked trails - we did the 4 mile loop (red to blue) Things to know though: there is plenty of sun exposure on this loop so I personally would avoid it on the hot days (aka the entire summer in Fl 🥵) Also, right now the two retention ponds on the 4 mile loop trail are 100% dry. You can see where it would be if there was water, but right now there is none, which kind of takes away from the potential beauty of the trail. There is still a very large pond/lake at the beginning of the trail where there is also a picnic table. I enjoyed the walk on a chilly morning in March, especially due to its proximity to my home, but personally I think there are other prettier trails in the area. The All Trails app is my “go-to” to find trails and preview what to expect, so if you’re looking for more trails in the area I would...

Bell Creek Nature Reserve is a park in Riverview that’s located in Riverview. It’s known for its hiking trails. The trails are well-marked, and it’s easy to get around. The trails come into a variety of types: asphalt, dirt, and sand. However, the terrain of the trails may be bumpy.

The park is free to visit, but there’s no bathrooms available. However, the trail map is very useful and other posters provides interesting information. You can spend up to three hours here if you’re walking on all the trails they offer. Overall, would recommend if you want a safe...

I went here for the first time today and was overall disappointed. The nearby facility (which has the bathrooms) is closed and by the looks out it doesn't seem to have been open any time recently. Additionally, the trail itself offers very, very little shade which is imperative with the Florida sun. Our hike wasn't so bad today as it was only 70° but I couldn't imagine walking there during the summer. As far as views, there really isn't much to see either. For me, this...

Great trail. Initially is very sandy so if you have a bike it might be hard to get around as you have to stick to the edges, which aren't always clear, but once you're more inwards there's a large paved trail. From what it looks like they were trying to build a condominium community but never got around to it so the road is the only thing they finished. No bugs from my experience, just the random squirrel, turtle, and tiny harmless snakes.
