After reading reviews of Oasis Farm, We hosted our childβs first birthday party. The initial conversation went smooth with little hiccups. Just a day before we wanted to reschedule as it was a heat wave on the day of party. The host didnβt answer any calls, so we decided to drive at the location and to our surprise, there was no one at the farm. Until now we didnβt realize whatβs coming our way the next day(event day). We and our guests arrived at farm with high expectations of being accommodating and friendly staff. On a hot day, we were not served with any water. The staff never entertained our guests and were left by themselves to wonder what to do next. We requested food to be served, however they being under staffed, didnβt serve food properly. Entire order was changed as per their convenience. Additional charges were asked to pay for gluten-free food. Upon requesting extra paper plates and spoons, they informed itβs not included in the contract. The guests were left to eat food without plates. Such behavior reflects how they run their business and what character these owners live up to. It doesnβt end here, we were provided only one small trash bin to dump stuff. When it became full, the staff never changed and asked us to place all the trash near the bins. Making it further a messy experience. Nonetheless this was a very bad choice of party location. In my opinion, do not even think about hosting your family and friends at this place. There are many other better farms that a welcoming and...
Β Β Β Read moreThis place gives us mixed feelings.... at a glance on their website it offers lots of activities and pay per activity, they offer gem mining which the kids were super excited about and when we get there we pay $7 per child they hand you a basket a bag of dirt a plastic sandwich bag and a gem chart. You dump the dirt into the basket dip it in running water gems appear and itβs done all in 5 minutes. Kids were very disappointment. When we inquired about the gold mining they said it was the same concept. The fun zone play area although simple was extremely fun and kept the kids entertained. They have animals that you canβt per or feed???? So the kids stare at them and just keep asking why they canβt pet them or feed them like at other farms. One of the children fell off the zip line and their employee lost her mind and banned him off the zip line for falling off? Accidents happen no? The farm store didnβt have much inside or much of a selection at all we were looking forward to making some purchases but just didnβt feel like there was any options.
All in all the staff was really cute place staff was super friendly and the fun zone was really simple but really cute. Best for ages 3-6...
Β Β Β Read moreI booked a birthday party here for my daughters fourth birthday. I will say, the kids had a great time. The party wasnβt too organized. They said to bring a cake knife and server and all paper products, which I did. However, for the food you purchase there , they did not provide serving utensils. Then, all the food came out and they didnβt bring the fries out for at least 20 mins later which at that point we didnβt even want them. Not only that, but they were raw, undercooked and disgusting, for a 72$ tray of fries they shouldβve come out on time and cooked properly. I emailed the events coordinator that night and let her know the disappointment. For a party that costs that much it should be perfect. Not only did they not offer a refund for uncooked food, they didnβt even respond . They had zero issues responding when it came to them making money. Bad business, I would not ever use this for a venue again and I know of a few others with similar experiences whoβve said the same. Good customer service would go a long way, especially when thereβs so many other...
